Listening to the podcast here (http://fr.twitch.tv/soe/b/416163645 ) on twitch.tv Executive Producer Dave Georgeson mentions (at ~ the 8:25 mark) that Heart of Fear will introduce class-specific weapons that you unlock by "participating in all the events and quests and stuff like that" throughout the RoF/SoF/HoF tiers. He describes these as "really really good weapons that every player will want".
That is on the group side of things.

Additionally he mentions that there will be a raid drop that you combine with the class weapon to create what he describes as "really killer weapons".

Sounds interesting and is an extra incentive to complete all of the content if you've been putting it off.

Donc ça devrait arriver en même temps que le T4.
